3. CASE# CV08-007/Gamez: Submitted by the Salvador Gamez, a Variance to the minimum rear yard setbacks within the Anthony Community District of CR-1M: Single Family Residential, Mobile Home. The applicant is proposing a sixteen (16) foot rear yard setback; a twenty-five (25) foot setback is required, in order to construct a porch. The subject parcel is located at 706 Charles Avenue in Anthony, NM. Its located in Section 36, Township 26 South, Range 3 East; Map Code # 4-018-156-162-131.

4 CASE# CV08-008/Corona: Submitted by Don Corona, a Variance to road access standards within the Performance District in order to pursue a Summary Subdivision. The applicant is proposing a sixty-six foot (66) road easement (Alamo Seco) with no improvements, where fifty feet (50) of right-of-way or road and utility easement with a minimum width of twenty four feet (24) of improved roadway is required. The subject parcel is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Shrode Road and Alamo Seco Road south of Berino, NM, and is within Section 14, Township 26 South, Range 3 East; Map Code # 4-017-153-280-248
