NOTIFICATION THAT MEMBERS OF THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL ATTEND A JOINT CLOSED SESSION MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners will attend a Joint Closed Session with the Las Cruces City Council on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Conference Rooms 2007 A and B on the Second Floor of City Hall, 700 N. Main Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that its elected members of the Board will convene in an attorney-client privileged closed session, to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H)(7).
