CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:
5. Acknowledgement of Receipt and Public Filing of the Treasurer’s Report for the Month of March 2012 – David Gutierrez, County Treasurer, will discuss.
6. Approve Out-of-State Travel for Employees to Attend the “EEO for New Investigators” Training Course in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area – Deborah Weir, Human Resources Director, will discuss.
7. Approve the Lease and Installation of Cisco Voice and Data Network Equipment and Related Services Under Presidio New Mexico State Purchasing Agreement 90-361-00-01008AF – Anna Hines, Information Technology Director, will discuss.
8. Approve Acceptance of Keep New Mexico Beautiful Grant and Request Signature Authority for the County Manager to Sign Related Grant Documents – Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.
9. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 12-0032 for a New La Mesa Fire Station and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contact Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
10. Accept the New Mexico Traffic Safety Project Agreement 100 Days & Nights of Summer 12-PT-DS-031 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.

11. Approve a Resolution Declaring Conditional Vacation of Portion of County Road A003 – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
12. Approve a Resolution Requesting the New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA) to Extend the Period of Time in Loan Agreement #1974-DW to Pay Eligible Costs for the Superfund Treatment Plant until October 30, 2012 and to Authorize the County Manager or His Designee to Sign Related Documents – Ed Fridenstine, Risk Manager, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
13. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.
