Online Processing Permits/Forms are for one who wishes to process permits/forms request online. An e-mail will be sent to the Building Services Division after the submittal.

Printed Permits/Forms are for one who wishes to print out permits/forms and submit to the physical county location.

• New Single-Family Residence Permit fee: $.16 per sq.ft Total square footage (include garage and porches).
• Payment of 25% is required at time of application and is non-refundable. Our office will take your payment in the form of checks only.
