Employees filling regular and grant eligible positions are eligible for the following:
- Annual Leave – Annual Leave – will accrue @ 3.08 hours PPP, during the first three (1 - 3) years of service, then will increase with years of service.
- Sick Leave – accrue 4.0 hours PPP
- * Non-probationary members of a collective bargaining agreement may earn more than 3.85 hours per pay period.
- After 15 years of service, accrued sick leave is paid out upon retirement. * Please contact HR for more information as this benefit is subject to variation based upon collective bargaining status.
- Bereavement Leave – Twenty four (24) to forty (40) hours.
- Personal Day – One day per fiscal year
- Jury Leave
- Military Leave
- Holidays – Eleven (11) holidays per year.
