BOCC Live
Doña Ana County is now offering real-time video and audio streams of meetings of the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners, these streams provide a realtime view of BOCC proceedings in the BOCC Chambers.
The live links below will not work when there is no active session. Dates and times of sessions may be in the BOCC Agendas page. Recordings of past sessions, with minutes, are available on the BOCC Video Minutes page
Live Video Stream
We currently offer MPEG4 streams in two resolutions/bandwidths. The high bandwidth stream is appropriate for viewers with DSL, Cable or other broadband connections. The low bandwidth stream is appropriate for users with 56k modems. Users with slower connections are reccommended to use the audio only stream below.
(These streams are in MPEG4 format, and are designed to work best with Quicktime but will work with other media players that support the industry standard RTSP streaming and H264 encoding.)
Live Audio Stream
The audio stream uses MP3 Shoutcast streams supported by most media players. To listen to a meeting in progress, follow these instructions:
The "M3U" file works with Windows Media Player and some other media players. The "PLS" will work with WinAmp, iTunes, Real Player and others. If neither work you may try pasting the following url directly into your media player:
