COUNTY OFFICES, SOLID-WASTE TRANSFER STATIONS ANNOUNCE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Most Dona Ana County offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27-28, 2008, to allow employees to observe the Thanksgiving holiday. INVESTIGATORS OBTAIN NEW WARRANT TO SEARCH EXPLOSION SITE FOR EVIDENCE

As part of an ongoing multiple-agency criminal investigation into an Oct. 23 home-explosion site east of Las Cruces, the Doña Ana County Sheriff¹s Department has obtained and executed a search warrant to re-enter the property. CORRECTED NUMBERS: CLERK’S OFFICE RECORDING ABSENTEE BALLOTS; EARLY VOTING TOTALS IN

The Doña Ana County Bureau of Elections is still receiving and recording absentee ballots. Due to a clerical error yesterday in the Bureau of Elections, Doña Ana County released invalid numbers on the totals of absentee ballots mailed, received and recorded.
