Most Doña Ana County offices will be closed Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, to allow employees to observe the Columbus Day holiday. Emergency services and law enforcement will not be affected.

DOÑA ANA COUNTY FILES FIRST TWO LAWSUITS TO COLLECT DELINQUENT FEES

The Doña Ana County Legal Department this week filed two lawsuits in the Third Judicial District Court seeking immediate payment of delinquent, unpaid fees related to wastewater services dating back to 2004.
