COUNTY EMPLOYEE EARNS PRESTIGIOUS CERTIFICATION CREDENTIAL
Connie Welles, contract officer for the Doña Ana County Purchasing Office, has earned her certified public purchasing officer credentials from the Universal Public Purchasing Certification Council. She is the first purchasing agent in Doña Ana County and among only 13 in the State of New Mexico to attain the certification.
