The three legs of the 25th Annual Law-Enforcement Torch Run to benefit New Mexico Special Olympics will come together at 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 13, at Albert Johnson Memorial Park in front of Branigan Memorial Library in Las Cruces.

Runners representing area law enforcement agencies – including the Doña Ana County Sheriff's Department – will participate alongside Special Olympic athletes. Runners will be arriving from White Sands Missile Range, the City of Sunland Park and the I-10 Border Patrol checkpoint.

Lunch will be provided. The event is open to the public.
