5. Approve a Proclamation Declaring Extreme or Severe Drought Conditions in Doņa Ana County and Restricting the Use of Fireworks in Certain Unincorporated Areas of Doņa Ana County – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will present.

8. Notification of Continuation of Cost Sharing Agreement between Doņa Ana County Flood Commission and the Department of the Army – Paul Dugie, Flood Commission Director, will discuss.
9. Approve Application to the New Mexico Department of Transportation, Traffic Safety Division, for the FY 2013 Community DWI Program and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contracts and Documents – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
10. Approve a Sole Source Contract with Community Action Agency in the Amount of $100,000 for the iReach Management Information System and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.

13. Ratify Award of Request for Proposal 11-0039 for Substance Abuse Counseling Services – Bill Noland, Financial Services Director, will discuss.

15. Accept Sub-Grant Agreement 2008-FE-T8-0020 Doņa Ana Sheltering from the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management FY2008 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
16. Approve Participation as a Cooperating Agency in the Preparation of a Proposed Environment Impact Statement and Potential BLM Land Use Plan Amendments for the Southline Transmission Line Project and Authorize Signature Authority for County Manager – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.
17. Accept and Approve Attached New Mexico Traffic Safety Project Agreement (12-HE-64-P01/12/HE-64-P08) and Delegate Signature Authority to the Sheriff – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.

Approve Publication of Title and General Summary of an Ordinance Adopting Various International, National and New Mexico Building-Related Codes, and Local Amendments, and Adopting County Construction Standards and General Permitting Requirements – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.
20. Approve Publication of Title and General Summary of Ordinance Adopting the 2009 International Fire Code – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
21. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doņa Ana County.
