5. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Findings and Proposed Auction of Obsolete Vehicles – Don Bullard, Purchasing Manager, will discuss.
6. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Findings and Proposed Disposal of Obsolete Software, Communication, Computer and Data Equipment – Don Bullard, Purchasing Manager, will discuss.
7. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 12-0060 for Tires, Supplies and Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabe Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.
8. Accept Bureau of Land Management Reimbursement Agreement (L0PX02233) and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
9. Accept Sub-Grant Agreement from the New Mexico Association of Counties for Wildfire Risk Reduction Grant Program and Related Resolution and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
10. Approve a Contract in the Amount of $115,000 with NMSU Cooperative Extension Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
11. Approve Memorandum of Agreement among Doña Ana County, New Mexico; Elephant Butte Irrigation District and Sierra County, New Mexico for Improvement and Use of Caballo Mountain Radio Communications Site and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Anna Hines, Information Technology Directory, will discuss.
12. Accept the Laws of 2012 Severance Tax Bond Capital Outlay Appropriation Grant Agreement from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration in the Amount of $112,903.24, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
13. Accept the Laws of 2012 General Fund Capital Outlay Appropriation Grant Agreement from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration in the Amount of $35,079.00 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
14. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 12-0050 for Security Guard Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Chris Barela, Detention Center Director, will discuss.

15. Approval of Year-End Budget Resolution and Budget Revision for the FY 11-12 Budget – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
15A. Authorize County Manager to Implement Cost of Living Increase for Non-Represented Employees – Brian D. Haines, County Manager, will discuss.
16. Request Board of County Commissioners’ Authorization for Staff to Include One Additional Mission Statement for Consideration July 24, 2012 – Brian D. Haines, County Manager, will discuss.
17. Appoint/Reappoint Three Members of to the Doña Ana County Airport Advisory Board – Vernon Wilson, Airport Manager, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
18. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation regarding contracts, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7).

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
