1. Case ETZS-11-015W: A waiver request to subdivision road improvement requirements for a subdivision proposal known as Case ETZS-11-015, Kissiah-Parrigin Subdivision, Replat No. 5. The ETZ Subdivision Regulations Article IV. Section 4.2, requires road improvements to Arroyo Road and to Kissiah Drive. The applicant is requesting a 100% waiver from the pro-rata share of roadway improvements to the Principal Arterial roadway known as Arroyo Road and to the local roadway known as Kissiah Drive. The subject property is located on southeast corner of Kissiah Drive and the future extension of Arroyo Road, north of Peachtree Hill Road. Submitted by Borderland Engineers and Surveyors, LLC on behalf of Ryan Steed Parks, property owner.
