1. Case # SD10-010/Orchard Estates: Preliminary Plat approved with conditions on February 14, 2012 for a 23-lot subdivision to be developed in five phases. Paul Pompeo of Southwest Engineering, to discuss road improvements. The existing roadway does not meet the Doña Ana County Design Standards, so he is seeking a Variance to the Design Standards for roadway cross section and construction. Orchard Estates is a 40.09-acre parcel zoned Performance District (PD). It is located on Aldaz Rd. north of the City of Anthony within Section 16, Township 26 South and Range 3 East and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-015-153-302-409.
