NOTICE THAT MEMBERS OF THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, POTENTIALLY CONSTITUTING A QUORUM, MAY ATTEND THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY LABOR DAY BREAKFAST CELEBRATION ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners may attend the Democratic Party’s Tenth Anniversary Labor Day Breakfast Celebration, to be held at the Ramada Palms Las Cruces, 201 E. University Ave, at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 3, 2012. No County policy will be formulated by members of the Board, nor will there be any discussion for the purpose of taking any action within the authority of the Board. The members of the Board will take no official vote or other action at the meeting.

The purpose of this notice is merely to inform the public that its elected members of the Board may attend the meeting.
