NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DONA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The following will be considered at a Special Meeting of the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners to be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The following will be considered:
AGENDA for SPECIAL MEETING
1. Roll call of Commission members present and determination of quorum.
2. The Commission will reconvene as the County Canvassing Board to complete the canvass of the returns and declare the results of the General Election held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 and certify the election results, consistent with the New Mexico Election Code, NMSA 1978, §§ 1-13-13.
3. The Commission will adjourn as the County Canvassing Board.
