Doña Ana County is accepting letters of interest for a position representing management on its Labor Management Relations Board.
The board comprises one county appointee, one labor appointee and a third appointee jointly acceptable to the first two. Residents with business experience and/or educational backgrounds in law, management and other related fields are encouraged to apply.
The Doña Ana County Labor Management Relations Board meets as needed to conduct hearings related to labor disputes. The board members work independently to resolve issues between employees, collective-bargaining units, Doña Ana County management and the Human Resources Department.
