The Doña Ana County Assessor’s Office has launched an interactive web-based map service, which is available to residents and business needing information on real estate in Doña Ana County.
The new mapping service allows easy on-line access to assessed values, current ownership and tax histories of individual properties.
In addition to information on both residential and commercial improvements, deeds will be available via a “hyper-link” to the assessor’s searchable real-property web site.
County Assessor Gary Pérez said the site was extensively tested before launch.
“I’m hopeful the public will use this tool and recognize the ongoing commitment of the County Assessor’s Office to providing services that make research easier, faster and more accurate.”
Perez said the site allows for more efficient research by individuals and businesses, and it should also reduce the number of office visits required by the public.
The link to the mapping site is http://gis.co.dona-ana.nm.us/parcels/ and is also available by selecting "Parcel Map" under the "Services" menu from any page on the site.
