DESCRIPTION: Deputy since 1995. SRT since 1998. NMSU Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law and Society. Completed numerous Basic and Avanced Law Enforcement and Tacitcal courses, to include Military Police's SRT Counter Drug School, SWAT Commander School, DASO's Basic and Advanced SWAT/SRT Schools, and Paul Howe's Tactical Team Leader Course. More than 1000 advanced training hours. Certified as Less-Lethal, Chemical Munitions, LSDD, Specialized SWAT, Use of Force Instructor. Primary instructor for DASO's Basic and Advanced SRT Schools. Instructs in Sheriff's Basic Academy and Bi-annual mini Academy.
