  8. Approve Amended Resolution Establishing Advisory Committee on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADAAC) – Meg Haines, Human Resources Department, will discuss.
  9. Approve Resolution Supporting Reauthorization of and Full Funding for the Land and Water Conservation Fund – District 1 Commissioner, Chairman Billy Garrett, will discuss.
  10. Approve Amendment to Previously Approved Agreement to Transfer to Doña Ana Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association the County’s Wastewater Collection System in the Community of Doña Ana, Approve Execution of this Amendment by the Commission Chair and Approve Execution by the County Manager of the Specific Transfer Conveyance Documents – Kurt Moffat, Utilities Manager, and/or Nora Oliver, Utilities Office Manager, will discuss.
  11. Approve a Resolution Authorizing Transfer by the County to Doña Ana Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association of the County’s Wastewater Collection System in Doña Ana Village – Kurt Moffat, Utilities Manager, and/or Nora Oliver, Utilities Office Manager, will discuss.
  12. Approve the Grants Administration Office Policy and Pre-Application Form for FY2016. This Policy is Updated Every Fiscal Year and Certain Operational Forms are Added to Expedite and Track Projects – Vincent S. Pokluda, Manager, Grants Administration Office, will discuss.
  13. Resolve to Allocate $20,000 Toward Completion of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Veterans’ Park in Las Cruces, to Include Reproduction of a Plaque that will Preserve the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners’ June 23, 2015 Proclamation Honoring the Service of all Doña Ana County Vietnam War Veterans – District 4 Commissioner Vice-Chairman Wayne Hancock will discuss.
PUBLIC HEARING
  14. Approve Resolution Adopting Plan 2040 (Doña Ana County Comprehensive Plan) for the Unincorporated Area of Doña Ana County and Superseding the Existing Comprehensive Plan for Doña Ana County – Daniel Hortert, Director, Community Development, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  15. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSIONto discuss bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations with Communications Workers of America, Local 7911, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, NM Council 18, Locals 1529 (Blue Collar and Detention Center), and 1879 (Court Security); and, subject to the attorney-client privilege, to discuss threatened or pending litigation in which Doña Ana County is or may become a participant, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, §10-15-1(H)(5) and (7).

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
