Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2018-SS-00056-S01-Doña Ana County From the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in the Amount of $244,346.00, Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents—Nicholas Hempel, Fire Chief, will discuss.

12. Approve the Purchase of Real Property Located at 1851 Copper Loop, Las Cruces, in the Amount of $680,000.00 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Complete the Transaction—Fernando R. Macias, County Manager, will discuss.

13. Approve a Resolution Authorizing Transfer of Property Rights and Maintenance Responsibility of the West Canal Road Bridge and Associated Roadway to the Village of Hatch—Fernando R. Macias, County Manager, will discuss.

14. Authorize Publication of Notice of Intent to Adopt Ordinance Authorizing a Property Tax Rebate to Benefit Low-Income Property Taxpayers—Nelson J. Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

Approve a Budget Revision and Resolution to Increase the Clerk’s Budget in Order to Pay for Costs Associated with the Administration of the Hatch Valley Public School District Capital Improvement Tax Election to be Held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Contract Documents—Amanda López Askin, County Clerk, will discuss.

Accept New Mexico Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Division Consolidated Sub-Grant Agreement Award for End Driving While Impaired (ENDWI), Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP)/100 Days and Nights of Summer (DNOS), Approve the Associated Budget Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—Yaksubely Villalobos, Grant Assistant, Sheriff’s Department, will discuss.

20. Approve Resolution Providing for Increases in the Salaries of the Treasurer, Assessor, Clerk, Sheriff and Probate Judge—Fernando R. Macias, will discuss.

Approve Resolution Creating Six New Firefighter and Two New Lieutenant Positions in the Fire and Emergency Services Department to Enable the Creation of 24 Hour Shifts and Approve an Amendment to the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between Doña Ana County and the International Association of Fire Fighters (“IAFF”), Local 5037 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager and Approve a Budget Revision for Salaries for the New Positions—Fernando R.
