|17.||Adopt Ordinance Accepting the MCS Realty Partners, LC, Local Economic Development Act (“LEDA”) Project Proposal, Approving the Project Participation Agreement, the Intergovernmental Agreement and the Guaranty Agreement, and Delegating to the County Manager Signature Authority for the Agreements Cited Above and for such Other Documents Necessary to Initiate and Complete the Project – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.|

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving condemnation of a private road; and, to discuss bargaining strategy regarding negotiations between Doña Ana County and the Communication Workers of America Local 7911; as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1 (H) (7) and (5).
THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
