Presentation of a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) Project by the Center for Environmental Resources Management, University of Texas at El Paso, on the Proposal of the South Central Regional Transit District to Extend Public Bus Transit Services to Rural Communities in Doña Ana County –  Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will introduce, Michelle Del Rio, Program Manager, for the (HIA) Project, University of Texas at El Paso, will present.
  3. Proclaim Friday, March 4, 2016, as Doña Ana County Employee Appreciation Day in Doña Ana County – Introduced by Karen Archuleta, Doña Ana County Employee Recognition Committee, Human Resources Department; read by Jess Williams, Public Information/Commission Liaison.

Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2015-EP-00066-S01-Doña Ana County from the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and   Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Future Sub-Grant Agreement Amendments – Eric Crespin, Interim      Fire Chief, Fire and Emergency Services, will discuss.
  5. Approve the Utilization of the State Purchasing Contract #50-000-14-00034 to Purchase One 2016 Stake Bed Truck and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.
  6. Approve a Resolution Authorizing an Application to the Department of Finance and Administration, Local Governments Division for the Local DWI Distribution Program – Jamie Michael, Director, Health and Human Services, will discuss.
  7. Approve Assignment of Doña Ana County International Jetport Land Lease, Lot F2-E from Southwest Tape & Label, Inc. (as Assignor) to RDG-PDI Center, LLC (as Assignee) and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Bill Provance, Airport Manager, will discuss.
