4. Accept Grant Award from New Mexico Public Regulation Commission for Santa Teresa Fire, District 14, for FY2017 and Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager – Eric Crespin, Interim Fire Chief, will discuss.

5. Accept Grant Award from New Mexico Public Regulation Commission for New Mexico State Fire, District 3, for FY2017 and Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager – Eric Crespin, Interim Fire Chief, will discuss.

13. Approval of Grant Application for Construction of a Taxiway at the Jetport, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on Grant Agreement and all Related Documents – Bill Provance, Jetport Manager, will discuss.

13A. Approve Budget Revision and Resolution Reimbursing the Health Fund and the General Fund for Past Transfers into the Indigent Fund – Jamie Michael, Director, Health and Human Services, will discuss.

14. Approve a Resolution Establishing the Schedule of Fees for the Unified Development Code – Daniel Hortert, Director, Community Development, will discuss.

Approve Publication of Title and General Summary and of Notice to Hold a Public Hearing to Consider and Adopt an Ordinance Approving the New Mexico Greenhouse Holdings II, LLC, Local Economic Development Act (“LEDA”) Expansion Project Proposal and Approving the Project Participation Agreement, the Intergovernmental Agreement and the Guaranty Agreement, and Delegating Signature Authority to the County Manager for the Documents Cited and Other Required Documents – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

16. Approve Resolution Appointing Members to the Regional Planning Organization Planning Organization Policy Committee – Nelson Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

17. Approve Memorandum of Understanding Between Sheriff Enrique Vigil and CWA Local 7911 Making a One Time Modification to Article 42 (Promotions) ~ Nelson Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

 

CORRESPONDENCE

18. Scott Krahling, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

 

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, subject to discuss bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations with the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 5037 and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, NM Council 18, Local 1879 (Court Security) as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1(H)(5).

 

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

 

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
