1. Proclaim Tuesday, July 10, 2018, as Lineworker Appreciation Day in Doña Ana County – Benjamin L. Rawson, District 3 Commissioner, will present.

2. Presentation Summarizing the U.S. Mexico Border Leaders’ Summit Summary and Results by El Paso County Commissioner David Stout, Precinct 2 - Isabella Solis, District 4 Commissioner, will discuss.

4. Accept Treasurers Financial Report for the Month of May 2018 - Eric Rodriguez, County Treasurer, will discuss.

5. Approve the Membership and Participation of Doña Ana County in the South Central Council of Governments - Fernando R. Macias, County Manager, will discuss

6. Approve a Budget Revision and Budget Resolution Related to the State of New Mexico, New Mexico Tourism Department Litter and Beautification Grant Agreement (No. 19-481-6002-0014) – Vicki Lusk, Animal Control/Codes Manager, will discuss.

9. Approve Out-of-State travel for Health and Human Services Department Staff Member to Attend the National Center for Families Learning Conference – Jamie Michael, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.

10. Accept a Grant from the New Mexico Department of Health on Behalf of NMSU Fire District #3 in Fiscal Year 2018-19 and Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution – Nicolas Hempel, Fire Chief, will discuss.

11. Approve Resolution Adopting the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Doña Ana County and the Communications Workers of America (CWA), Local 7911 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager, - Nelson J. Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

12. Approve Resolution Approving Opting into the PILT Class Action Lawsuit and Authorizing the County Manager to Sign the Opt-In Notice Form and Act as the Contact Person for Doña Ana County - Nelson Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

Approve a Budget Revision and Resolution to Increase the Clerk’s Budget in Order to Pay for the Mailing Out of Ballots for the City of Las Cruces Special Bond Election to be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 and to Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Contract Documents – Scott Krahling, County Clerk, will discuss.

14. Approve a Resolution Appointing a Member to the Internal Audit Advisory Committee – Ernest Harvin, Internal Auditor, will discuss.

15. Approve Year-End Budget Resolution and Budget Revision for the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget – Marisol Richardson, Finance Budget Officer, will discuss.

16. Approve a Settlement Agreement By and Between New Mexico Greenhouse Holdings II, LLC; Doña Ana County; and the New Mexico Economic Development Department – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County manager, will discuss.

17. Consideration of an Appeal of a Zone Change from D1-L Zone to I1 Zone on 4.77 Acres Located east of the property Addressed as 5190 Del Rey Blvd. – Albert Casillas, Community Development Planner, will discuss. [The Commission may convene in closed session for deliberations in connection with an administrative adjudicatory proceeding connected with the item as authorized in the open meetings act, NMSA 1978 §10-15-1 (H)(3).]

CORRESPONDENCE

18. Cindy Padilla, County Clerk’s Office, will present to the Commissioner any claims received by Doña Ana County.
