5. Approve the Utilization of the National Cooperative Contract Solutions NJPA Contract #042815-JCB to Purchase One 2016 Compact Tracked Loader and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.

6. Approve Out-of-State Travel for the ADA Coordinator to Attend “The National ADA Symposium” in Denver, Colorado, held from June 19 to 22, 2016 – Meg Haines, Human Resources Department, will present.

7. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Findings and Proposed Disposal of Data Equipment – Don Bullard, Manager, Purchasing Department, will discuss.

13. Approval of Payment for Invoice Overage for Baird’s Automotive in the Amount of $5,629.23 - Nick Aragon, DASD Fleet, will discuss.

14. Rescind Directive No. 2016-01 Issued on February 16, 2016 – Nick Aragon, DASD Fleet, will discuss.

15. Approve State Contracted Vendors Desert Automotive and Baird’s Automotive to be Placed Back in Service and Approve Increase Over $50,000 CAP that is Required in County Purchasing Policy 89-18. Increase in Purchase Order to be $75,000 per Vendor. - Nick Aragon, DASD Fleet, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE

16. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION subject to the attorney-client privilege to discuss threatened or pending litigation regarding David Gutierrez; regarding Veronica Apodaca v. BOCC, D-307-CV-2015-00094; regarding Provisional Government of Santa Teresa and Mary Gonzalez v. Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners, D-307-CV-2015-0265; and to discuss pending or threatened litigation involving the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site; all as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, §10-15-1 (H) (7).

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
