1. Proclaim the Week of October 9-15, 2018, as Walk to School Week in Doña Ana County—as requested by Benjamin L. Rawson, Doña Ana County Commissioner, District 3.

2. Proclaim the Week of October 7-13, 2018 as Fire Prevention Week—as requested by Nicholas Hempel, Fire Chief.

3. Proclaim the Month of October to be Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Doña Ana County—as requested by Jamie Michael, Health and Human Services Director.

4. Presentation on the Evaluations of the Doña Ana County Detention Center Conducted by Commissioners Garrett and Hakes—Billy G. Garrett, Doña Ana County Commissioner, District 1 and Kim Hakes, Doña Ana County Commissioner, District 5, will discuss.

5. Presentation on General Obligation Bond D for Higher Education in New Mexico—Ricardo C. Rel, Assistant Vice President for Government Relations, will present.

7. Accept the Doña Ana County Treasurer’s Financial Report for the Month of July, 2018–Eric L. Rodriguez, County Treasurer, will discuss.

8. Approve Budget Revision and Resolution to Increase Funding for the New Mexico Department of Transportation 2019 Traffic & Criminal Software (TraCS) Grant—Liliana McDowell-Schnell, Undersheriff, will discuss.

9. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution to Allocate Superfund Cash Reserves of $132,000 to Pay for Engineering and Operating Costs Associated with the Treatment Facility at the Griggs/Walnut Superfund Site—Blake Davenport, Risk Manager, will discuss.

10. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution to Adjust Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Service Funds, Additionally Approve Budget Revision Correcting the Account Being Used for Loader and Grader Lease—Marisol Richardson, Budget Officer, will discuss.

14. Approve Award of RFP 19-0013 for Retiree Medical Supplemental Insurance to United Healthcare and Authorize the County Manager to have Signature Authority to Sign All Documents Related to Award—Lani Davis, Senior Administrator, will discuss.

15. Approve Sale of Excess County Real Property and Delegate Authority to the County Manager to Approve Such Sales—Fernando R. Macias, will discuss.

16. Approve Resolution for Financial Assistance and Application through New Mexico Water Trust Board and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents—John Gwynne, Flood Director, will discuss.

17. Approve Colonias Project Loan/Grant Agreement 4642-CIF18, From the New Mexico Finance Authority to Fund Construction of Chaparral Wastewater System Project Phase 1C, Approve Project Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—Dan Sambrano, Utility Manager, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE

18. Cindy Padilla, County Clerk’s Office, will present to the Commissioner any claims received by Doña Ana County.
