THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss a limited personnel matter regarding the County Manager’s performance evaluation and contract, including discussion of the renewal or non-renewal of the County Manager’s contract which is set to expire on November 30, 2016; and, an attorney-client privileged discussion regarding pending or threatened litigation involving the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, §10-15-1 (H)(2) and (7).

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
