Approve Fire Tax Board Recommendation for Funding and Purchase of a Pierce 2100 Gallon DX Tender Utilizing Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Purchasing Co-op Agreement FS-12-13 for District 9 – Chaparral; and, Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
  16. Approve Fire Tax Board Recommendation for Funding and Purchase of a Pierce Impel Fire Engine Utilizing Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Purchasing Co-op Agreement FS-12-13 for District 9 – Chaparral; and, Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents. – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
  17. Approve Purchase of 29 (Twenty-Nine) 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4 PPV, 1 (one) 2016 Dodge Ram Promaster 3500 and all Accompanying Equipment; and, Approve Associated Budget Revision and Resolution – Dennis Montoya, Executive Administrative Assistant, Sheriff’s Department, will discuss.
  17A. Approve the Purchase of a Countywide Public Safety Simulcast System and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
  17B. Approve Amended and Restated Land Use Agreement Between Doña Ana County and South Central Solid Waste Authority Subject to Approval of the New Mexico State Board of Finance, and Designate Signature Authority to the Board Chair – Charles McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  18. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations with Communication Workers of America, Local 7911, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, NM Council 18, and Local 1529 (Blue Collar); as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, §10-15-1(H)(5).

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
