Accept and Approve Grant Award for the Countywide Read Across America Day Program from the BNSF Railway Foundation; Approve Budget Resolution and Revision and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—Liz Reed, Community and Constituent Services Manager, will discuss.

6. Approve Grant Agreements, Budget Revision and Resolution for Capital Appropriation Projects for Fairground Improvements and Mesquite Community Center Equipment Administered by the State of New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

11. Approve the Purchase of a Skid Steer Loader for the Facilities & Parks Grounds Maintenance Division and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—Victor Uranga , Interim Facilities Manager, will discuss.

12. Approve Budget Revision and Resolution for the Opioid State Target Response Grant for Year Two—Jamie Michael, Director of Health and Human Services, will discuss.

Authorize Publication of the Title and General Summary of an Amendment to the Doña Ana County Fire and Emergency Services Ordinance 281-2015, Codified as Chapter 31 of the Doña Ana County Code, to Consolidate Fire Districts and Thereby Create New Fire Districts—Fernando R. 20. Approve Resolution Declaring the Eligibility and Intent of Doña Ana County to Submit an Application to the New Mexico Department of Transportation for Federal Fiscal Year 2020/21/22 Funds and Authorize County Manager to Sign all Related Documents—Samuel Paz, Advance Planner, will discuss.

21. Approve Resolution Authorizing Filing Suit Against Opioid Manufactures and Distributors to Recover Damages Incurred as a Result of Deceptive and Unfair Marketing Practices—Nelson J. Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss. [THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss this matter pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to discuss pending or threatened litigation related to opioid manufactures and distributors, as authorized in the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978 §10-15-1(H)(7).

CORRESPONDENCE
