  8. Approve Two Grant Agreements, Budget Revision and Resolution for Capital Appropriation Projects Administered by the Aging and Long Term Services Department and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents – Armando Cordero, Facilities Manager, will discuss.
  9. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 15-0034 for Non-Emergency Uniforms and Accessories and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Donald Bullard, Manager, Purchasing Department, will discuss.
  10. Approve Task Order to Classic Industries Inc. Through CES Contract for DAC Public Health Building Repairs and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for all Documents – Armando Cordero, Facilities Manager, will discuss.

  14. Approve Land Lease Agreement Between Doña Ana County and the South Central Solid Waste Authority Subject to the Approval of the New Mexico Board of Finance – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, and Nora Oliver, Utilities Office Manager, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  15. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSIONto discuss bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations with Communications Workers of America, Local 7911, and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, NM Council 18, Locals 1529 (Blue Collar and Detention Center), and 1879 (Court Security); Meetings Act, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, §10-15-1(H)(5).

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
