    1. APPROVE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A COLONIAS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT FUND LOAN/GRANT AGREEMENT BY AND Among THE NEW MEXICO COLONIAS INFRASTRUCTURE BOARD (“CIB”) AND THE NEW MEXICO FINANCE AUTHORITY (“FINANCE AUTHORITY,” and collectively with the CIB, THE “LENDERS/GRANTORS”) AND THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (THE “BORROWER/GRANTEE”), FOR THE BENEFIT OF the Colonia of the city of sunland park, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF one million twenty-three thousand dollars ($1,023,000), EVIDENCING AN OBLIGATION OF THE BORROWER/GRANTEE TO UTILIZE THE LOAN/GRANT AMOUNT SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE COSTS OF the design and constructION OF the replacement of Well 4 to include improvements to the Well 4 building, control panels, electrical components, HVAC equipment, disinfection system, and minor modifications to the discharge piping , AND SOLELY IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED IN THE LOAN/GRANT AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR acceptance of a Grant Amount of nine hundred twenty thousand seven hundred dollars ($920,700)  AND PAYMENT OF THE LOAN AMOUNT OF one hundred two thousand three hundred dollars ($102,300) SOLELY FROM the net system revenues of the water and wastewater System of the Borrower/Grantee; CERTIFYING THAT THE LOAN/GRANT AMOUNT, TOGETHER WITH OTHER FUNDS AVAILABLE TO THE BORROWER/GRANTEE, IS SUFFICIENT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT; APPROVING THE FORM OF AND OTHER DETAILS CONCERNING THE LOAN/GRANT AGREEMENT; RATIFYING ACTIONS HERETOFORE TAKEN; REPEALING ALL ACTION INCONSISTENT WITH THIS RESOLUTION; AND AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF THE LOAN/GRANT AGREEMENT.
    2. DISCUSS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY AND VERDE REALTY REGARDING THE RESERVATION OF FUTURE WASTEWATER CAPACITY AT THE WEST MESA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND GET DIRECTION ON RESPONSE TO LETTER FROM IDI GAZELEY DATED FEBRUARY 18, 2016
