COMMUNITY MEETING SCHEDULED IN DOÑA ANA

            Personnel with the Doña Ana County Animal Control and Codes Enforcement Department will host an informational meeting for residents in the village of Doña Ana on Wednesday, Feb. 20. The meeting will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Doña Ana Community Resource Center, 5745 Ledesma Drive.
            Staff will discuss animal welfare issues, including a pilot project, for the Doña Ana community. Residents will also learn more about how to come into compliance with county solid waste ordinances and beautify the area where they live.
Doña Ana County Sheriff Kim Stewart will be on hand to address any concerns related to public safety.
            Spanish language interpretation services will be provided at the meeting.
            Doña Ana County will ensure effective communication with individuals with disabilities and will, upon request, provide auxiliary communication aids and services to afford those individuals equal opportunity for participation in Doña Ana County sponsored meetings, events or activities.
