COUNTY ADA COORDINATOR SEEKS PUBLIC COMMENT

            Doña Ana County has a draft of the Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan available for public review and comment through Dec. 14, 2017. The transition plan will be available for review at the Doña Ana County Human Resources office and on-line through the Doña Ana County website at www.donaanacounty.org

            Comments may be submitted to Meg Haines, EEO Specialist/ADA Coordinator through e-mail at megh@donaanacounty.org or by mail at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88007. All comments received for the transition plan will be reviewed, considered, and may be included in the final document.

            Doña Ana County will ensure effective communication with individuals with disabilities and will, upon request, provide auxiliary communication aids and services to afford those individuals equal opportunity for participation in Doña Ana County sponsored meetings, events, or activities.
