  1. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution to Reallocate Salary Savings to Expenditure Budget—Vicki Lusk, Animal Control and Codes Manager, will discuss.
  1. Approve Budget Revision and Resolution for Grant #DNA-18-02 for Taxiway and Apron Pavement Maintenance and T-Hangar Area Drainage Improvements at the Jetport and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on All Related Documents—Bill Provance, Jetport Manager, will discuss.
  1. Approve Award of BID #18-0023 to Municipal Emergency Services For Bunker Gear and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents—Nicholas Hempel, Fire and Emergency Services, will discuss.
  1. Approve Modification of the Doña Ana County Organizational Chart—Fernando R. Macias, County Manager.
  1. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution to Transfer Funds from La Union Fund to The Rincon Wastewater Fund—Daniel Sambrano, Utilities Manager, will discuss.

PUBLIC HEARING/APPROVALS

  1. Approve an Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds entitled Doña Ana County, New Mexico Industrial Revenue Bonds (Visual Impact Preprint, LLC Project), Series 2018, in an Aggregate Principal Amount of up to $6,500,000 in one or more Series to Provide Funds to Finance the Universal Sheets, LLC Project; Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Indenture, Lease, Bond Purchase Agreement and the Bonds; Authorizing County Management to Negotiate and Execute Claw back and Payment in Lieu of Tax Provisions that will become part of the Lease—Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, County Management, will discuss.
  1. Approve an Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds entitled Doña Ana County, New Mexico Industrial Revenue Bonds (Universal Sheets, LLC Project), Series 2018, in an Aggregate Principal Amount of up to $18,500,000 in one or more Series to Provide Funds to Finance The Universal Sheets, LLC Project; Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Indenture, Lease, Bond Purchase Agreement and the Bonds; Authorizing County Management to Negotiate and Execute Claw back and Payment in Lieu of Tax Provisions that will become part of the Lease—Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, County Management, will discuss.
  1. Appeal of a Planning & Zoning Commission Decision Denying a Variance to the Wall or Fence Height Requirements of the Unified Development Code, Ordinance No. 287-2016—Albert Casillas, Planner Community Development, will discuss (The Board of County Commissioners May Convene In Close Session for the Purpose of Deliberation in Connection with this Administrative Adjudicatory Proceeding Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, §10-15-1 (H)(3), NMSA 1978).
  1. Approval of a Transfer of Ownership and Location of a Liquor License (Public Hearing)—Scott Krahling, County Clerk, will discuss (The Board of County Commissioners May Convene In Close Session for the Purpose of Deliberation in Connection with this Administrative Adjudicatory Proceeding Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, §10-15-1 (H)(3), NMSA 1978).

 

CORRESPONDENCE
