4. Accept the Report of Contracts Executed Between December 11th, 2017 – December 29th, 2017 – Pamela Wood, Contract Administrator, Purchasing Department, will discuss.

5. Accept Doña Ana County Treasurer’s Financial Report for the Month of November, 2017 – Eric Rodriguez, County Treasurer, will discuss.

6. Approve 10 Year Extension of Lease Contract DAC Lease Lot F-03C between Doña Ana County and Zane Bennett Gallery, LLC, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Bill Provance, Manager, Jetport, will discuss.

7. Approve 10 Year Extension of Lease Contract DAC Lease Lot F-01B between Doña Ana County and TAG Aviation, LLC, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Bill Provance, Manager, Jetport, will discuss.

8. The Finance Department Staff will Provide Information on the Budget Issue Resulting from the Contract with the Communication Workers of America (Sheriff’s Deputies Union) and Approve a Budget Revision and Resolution to Resolve the Issue – Marisol Richardson, Budget Officer, Finance, will discuss.

9. Authorize Publication of Title and General Summary and Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Repeal of Ordinance #288-2017 Titled “The New Mexico Greenhouse Holdings II, LLC Proposal for an Economic Development Expansion Project” – Daniel Hortert, Manager, Economic Development, will discuss.

10. Approve Use of Remaining Capital Appropriation Funds for Improvements to Baylor Canyon Road and Dripping Springs Road to Include The Chip-Sealing of the Unpaved Portion of Baylor Canyon Road and Additional Drainage Improvements to Both Roadways and the Delegation of Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, Director, Engineering-Road Department, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE

11. Cindy Padilla, County Clerk’s, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.
