PRESENTATION and PROCLAIMATION:

1. Proclaim April 2, 2019, as Equal Pay Day in Doña Ana County—sponsored by Commissioner Isabella Solis with a brief presentation by Laura Bemis, Co-Vice President of Membership for the American Association of University Women.

2. Presentation on Flood Commission Projects-John Gwynne, Flood Commission Director.

3. Minutes for the Regular Meeting of March 12, 2019—Clerk’s Office.

4. 2019 Annual Certified County Maintained Road Mileage Report and Authorize the County Commission Chair to Sign the Certification Letter—Robert Armijo, Engineering-Road Director, will discuss.

5. Resolution Accepting Property for Prescott Anthony Road from Gadsden Independent School District—Robert Armijo, Engineering-Road Director, will discuss.

6. Budget Revision and Resolution for RWY 10-28 Reconstruction Phase II-Construction Grant Agreement, New Mexico Department of Transportation, Aviation Division Grant DNA-19-03—Bill Provance, Jetport Manager, will discuss.

7. General Services Agreement (GSA) Contract to Purchase One (1) 2018 NorthStar Prisoner Transport Demonstrator #2724-5—Vince Pokluda, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

8. One (1) Year Pilot Project Fee Schedule for Animals Held at Court-Hold Facility—Vicki Lusk, Animal Control and Codes Manager, will discuss.

9. Increase in the Cooperative Educational Services (CES) Agreement #17-019N-C101 for itsQuest, Inc.—Vicki Lusk, Animal Control and Codes Manager, will discuss.

10. State Pricing Agreement to Purchase Axon Tasers and all Necessary Product Accessories—Sheriff Kim Stewart, will discuss.

11. Multiple Pricing Agreements to Purchase Watch Guard Camera Systems, all Necessary Accessories, Labor and Travel Per Diem to Upfit Existing Sheriff’s Office Vehicles— Sheriff Kim Stewart, will discuss.

12. Out of State Travel for Health and Human Services Department Staff to Attend the National Association of Drug Court Professionals All Rise Conference in National Harbor, MD—Jamie Michael, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE

13. Cindy Padilla, County Clerk’s Office, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, to discuss a bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, NM Council 18, Local 1879 (Court Security) the Communication Workers of America Local 7911 as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1 (H)(5).
