6. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 18-0037 for Food Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents—Vicki Hooser, Interim Director Detention Center, will discuss.

7. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 18-0038 for Commissary Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents—Vicki Hooser , Interim Director Detention Center, will discuss.

8. Approve Worker’s Compensation Insurance Coverage for Fiscal Year 2019—Blake Davenport, Risk Manager, will discuss.

9. Approve the Fourth Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County Providing for the South Central Solid Waste Authority, Subject to Approval by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Sign All Necessary Documents—Fernando R. Macias, County Manager, will discuss.

11. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 18-0039 Legal Consulting Services for Opioid Investigations and Litigation and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents—Nelson J. Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

12. Approve Resolution Adopting Doña Ana County’s FY2018-2019 Preliminary Budget—Marisol Richardson—Budget and Research Officer, Financial Services Department, will discuss.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, To discuss a bargaining strategy preliminary to collective bargaining negotiations with the International Association of Fire Firefighter (IAFF) Local 5037; American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, NM Council 18, Local 1529 (Detention Center) and Local 2709 (Blue Collar) as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1 (H)(5).
