4. Accept the Report of Doña Ana County Contracts Executed between October 30th, 2017 – November 10th, 2017 – Pamela Wood, Contract Administrator, Purchasing Department, will discuss.

5. Approve the Utilization of the Cooperative Educational Services (CES) to Purchase Two 2018 Brooms and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Manager, Fleet Department, will discuss.

6. Approve the Utilization of State Purchasing Contract to Purchase One 2018 Backhoe and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Manager, Fleet Department, will discuss.

7. Approve Agreement for the Doña Ana County Fire District(s) to provide Back-Up Emergency Fire Protection Services to the Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility – Nicholas Hempel, Chief, Fire & Emergency Services, will discuss.

8. Approve Revision to Doña Ana Treasurer’s Fee Policy – Eric Rodriguez, Treasurer, will discuss.

9. Approve Use of Bohannan Huston, Inc. GSA Contract #GS-00F-0001Y to Acquire 2017 Lidar and Aerial Photography, and to Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – John Gwynne, Director, Flood Commission, will discuss.

10. Approve Donation of Twenty Used Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) to the Raton Fire Department in Raton, New Mexico and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Nicholas Hempel, Fire Chief, Fire & Emergency Services, will discuss.

11. Approve Donation of Five Used and Out of Service Fire Apparatus to the State of Texas Forest Service and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Nicholas Hempel, Fire Chief, Fire & Emergency Services, will discuss.

12. Approve the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the PEPPM/Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Sign all Necessary Documents – Enrique Vigil, Sheriff, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE

13. Cindy Padilla, County Clerk’s Office, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

 

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss pending or threatened litigation involving the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site as authorized in the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978 §10-15-1(H)(7).

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
