THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site; to discuss the enforcement of a property lien; the enforcement of Harper Road easement; to discuss Grand Jury Subpoenas (Inmate Welfare Fund); City of Las Cruces v. Doña Ana County, D-101-CV-2015-01982; the Estate of Malone v. Board of County Commissioners, et al., CV-2015-01982; and, to discuss bargaining strategy regarding negotiations between Doña Ana County and the Communication Workers of America Local 7911; and to discuss a limited personnel matter involving a complaint, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978,§10-15-1(H)(7), (5), and (2), respectively.

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
