PRESENTATIONS/PROCLAMATIONS

1. Proclaim November as Diabetes Awareness Month in Doña Ana County—as requested by Ramon S. Gonzalez, Doña Ana County Commissioner, District 2.

CONSENT AGENDA: The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:

2. Approve Minutes for the Regular Meeting of October 9, 2018 – Clerk’s Office

3. Approve Utilization of State Pricing Agreement 80-805-17-16418, San Bar Construction Corporation to Provide Striping on Various Roads Throughout the County and Delegate County Manager for Related Contract Documents—Omar Soto, Road Superintendent, will discuss.

4. Approve a Budget Revision and Resolution to Increase the Salary Budget of $598,398.04 Based on Resolution Approved Wage Changes to Collective Bargaining Agreements with Detention, Local 1529, Blue Collar 2709, and Fire Fighter’s Local 5037—Marisol Richardson, Budget Officer, will discuss.

5. Approve Grant Agreements, Budget Revisions and Budget Resolutions for Two Capital Appropriation Projects Related to the Hatch Flood Control Dam and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—John Gwynne, Flood Director, will discuss.

6. Approve a Purchase of 3.35 Acres of Land for the Construction of the Hatch Flood Control Dam and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents—John Gwynne, Flood Director, will discuss.

7. Approve a Budget Revision and Resolution for Funds Received from the Drug Policy Alliance —Jamie Michael, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.

8. Cindy Padilla, County Clerk’s Office, will present to the Commissioner any claims received by Doña Ana County.
