Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2015-EP-00066-S01-Doña Ana County Emergency Management Performance Grant and Amendments Through the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
  4. Approve the Utilization of the State Purchasing Contract #50-000-14-00033 to Purchase one 2016 ADA Prisoner Transport Van and the State Purchasing Contract #20-000-00-00067 to Purchase One Prisoner Transport Module, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.
  5. Approve the Utilization of the Cooperative Educational Services (CES) to Purchase Five 2016 Ford Focus Cars and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.
  6. Approve the Utilization of the State Purchasing Contract #50-000-14-00034 to Purchase Five 2016 Pickup Trucks/SUV’s and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.
  7. Accept Reimbursement from a Federal Grant Funding Overtime from the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Initiative Program for Lieutenant Howie to Assist OCDETF in Investigations, Strategic Initiatives and Prosecutions – Chris Barela, Detention Director, will discuss.
  8. Accept Grant Funds from the New Paso Del Norte Health Foundation and Approve Budget Revision and Resolution and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Grant, Contract and Budget Documents – Jamie Michael, Director, Health & Human Services Department, will discuss.
  9. Approve Agreement Concerning Payments Received from Camino Real Environment Center, Inc., Between Doña Ana County and the South Central Solid Waste Authority (SCSWA) and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
  10. Approve Out-of-State Travel for Three Employees and K-9 to Attend the Dallas All Veterans Job Fair Hosted by Recruitmilitary in Hurst, Texas, Held on November 19, 2015 – Chris Barela, Detention Center Director, will discuss.

  11. Approve a Resolution Determining the Amount of Money to be Deposited with the Doña Ana County Treasurer by the Santa Teresa Incorporators Sufficient to Conduct a Census in the Territory Proposed to be Incorporated – Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will discuss.
  12. Approve Reappointment of Labor Management Relations Board Member Pursuant to the Code of the County of Doña Ana §73-7, Labor Management Relations Board – Deb Weir, HR Director, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  18. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving Grand Jury Subpoenas (Inmate Welfare Fund); to discuss bargaining strategy regarding negotiations between Doña Ana County and the Communication Workers of America Local 7911; and, to discuss a limited personnel matter involving a complaint, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, §10-15-1(H)(7), (5), and (2), respectively.

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
