Accept and Approve the Grant Award of an Equipment Upgrade Through the New Mexico Department of Technology, this is a Grant Award of an Equipment Upgrade for the Bleimeyer Transmission Tower, According to the Broadband Technologies Program Pursuant to the American Recovery Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5 and Delegate Signature authority to the County Manager of all Related Documents – Vincent S. Pokluda, Manager, Grant Department, will discuss.

Approve Resolution Adopting Doña Ana County’s FY2015-2016 Final Budget – Bill Noland, Director, Finance Department, will discuss.

Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 15-0032 for Fire Administration and Training Facility Remodel and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, Fire and Emergency Services, will discuss.

 

 

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss a limited personnel matter regarding the performance evaluation of the County Manager as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, §10-15-1(H)(2).

 

THE COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
