THE FIRST FIREFIGHTER CLASS OF 2020 GRADUATES

            Doña Ana County Fire and Emergency Services will celebrate 17 graduates who successfully completed the 25th Firefighter Academy.  The swearing in ceremony at the Board of County Commissioners Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center is open to the public and will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16.25th Firefighter trainees
            Having completed 88 classroom and practice hours through mid-November, participants learned about fire prevention, safety and behavior along with building construction, forcible entry extinguishers, fire streams and the proper use of equipment, gear and ropes.
            The graduating firefighters are:
