·         Applicants: Omar Velazquez

·                  Request: A Variance of twenty-five feet (25’) to ten feet (10’) on the rear yard setback for the existing pool enclosure and Variances from five feet (5’) to zero feet (0’) on the rear yard setback, and from five feet (5’) to two and one-half feet (2.5’) on the side yard setback for the existing storage building. The applicant is also requesting a Variance from 1,438 sq. ft. to 2,647 sq. ft. to the total maximum accessory structures within an ER5 Zoning District.

·         Applicants: Dana J. Thurman

·                  Request: A Variance from fifteen feet (15’) to seven feet (7’) on the side yard setback and from twenty-five feet (25’) to ten feet (10’) on the rear yard setback, per Section 3.1.C.2.b.  The applicant is also seeking a Variance from 2,178 to 3,000 sq. ft to the maximum accessory building square footage, per Section 7.1.B.1, and a Variance from sixteen feet six inches (16’ 6”) to twenty-two feet ten inches (22’ 10”) for the maximum height of an accessory building per Section 7.1.A.4 of the ETZ Ordinance, to construct a 3,000 sq. ft. 2-story accessory structure within an ER3 Zoning District.
