·         Request: A Special Use Permit to allow Verizon Wireless to erect a 75 foot cell tower on the subject property. The applicants are also requesting Variances of 25 and 28 feet to the 2:1 setback for cell towers within residential zones, per Section 4.2.E.2.b of the ETZ Ordinance.
