MOBILE OUTREACH CLINIC TO BE HELD IN HATCH ON OCT. 18

The Hatch Mobile Constituent Services Outreach Clinic will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Village of Hatch Community Center, 837 Highway 187 in Hatch.
District 5 Doña Ana County Commissioner Kim Hakes will be participating. Local staff from the congressional delegation offices have also been invited to attend.
“The purpose of the Mobile Constituent Services Hour is to make the county’s resources more accessible to constituents, especially those who reside in rural areas,” CCS Manager Liz Reed said. “This is another great opportunity for constituents to have face-to-face conversations with county staff about their concerns without traveling to Las Cruces. The initiative also gives constituents the opportunity to speak to county commissioners and congressional staff about federal issues.”
Although staff from the congressional offices are not always available to attend the clinics, the Doña Ana County Constituent and Community Services Office staff can provide direction about how to contact state and/or federal offices to address issues on a state or federal level.
