The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007.

a. Case # PDNR (M) 16-001: Submitted by Exiquio Marquez, a non-residential application to store commercial type trucking vehicles and similar items such as flatbeds, haulers and 18 wheelers. A total of 11 parking spaces are being for proposed for the storage of larger commercial trucks. The owner will also build a 5,000 sq. ft. storage building in the future. The 5.01 acre parcel is located on the southwest corner of Los Olivos Road and Links Road, in Anthony, NM. It is within Township 26S, Range 3E, Section 14, recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk December 16, 2015, under Instrument # 1526199, and can be further identified by Parcel # 17-05919.

b. Case # CV16-002: Submitted by Dawn Oakley, a request for a Variance to road access standards within the Performance District. The applicant is proposing a 30’ county maintained paved ROW where a 50’ ROW and 24’ of improved roadway is required in order to construct a 1,500 sq. ft. building for a winery/tasting room and vineyard. The 4.14 acre parcel is located on 307 W. Provencio Road, in Chamberino, NM. It is within Township 26S, Range 3E, Section 18, recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk August 03, 2010, under Instrument # 1022157, and can be further identified by Parcel # 17-02611.

c. Case # PDNR (L) 15-009: Submitted by Dawn Oakley, a non-residential application to construct a 1,500 sq. ft. building for a winery/tasting room and vineyard. The 4.14 acre parcel is located on 307 W. Provencio Road, in Chamberino, NM. It is within Township 26S, Range 3E, Section 18, recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk August 03, 2010, under Instrument # 1022157, and can be further identified by Parcel # 17-02611.
