The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007:

3. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of Nov. 9, 2017 & Sept. 28, 2017 as amended.

a) Case # Z17-011/Hargraves: Submitted by Underwood Engineering, Inc., Agent for Stan Hargraves, a request for a Zone Change on 5.99-acres from a D1 (Low Density Residential) Zone to an I2 (Medium Industrial) Zone. The applicant is requesting the Zone Change to establish and operate a construction yard for drilling equipment storage. The subject property is located north of the City of Las Cruces and east of I-10, within Section 13, Township 22 South, Range 1 East. The subject parcel is accessed from E. Thorpe Rd. but has not been addressed. It is described as Lot 17, Block 17, of the EBL&T Co. Subdivision “A”, as recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on July 12, 2007, with Instrument #0724450. The subject parcel can be further identified by Parcel Acct. # R0321573.
