The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007:

a) Case # AP17-002: Case # AP17-002: Submitted by Lorraine L. McCullough, an Appeal of a written decision by the Zoning Administrator issuing a Zoning Verification Letter (ZV17-010) for a proposed Home Occupation for small scale winemaking including the manufacturing and storage of wine as allowed under Section 5.10 Home Occupation Permits of the Unified Development Code. The 4.14 acre parcel is owned by Bryan and Dawn Oakley and is located on 307 W. Provencio Road, in Chamberino, NM. It is located within Township 26S, Range 3E, Section 18, recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on August 03, 2010, under Instrument # 1022157, and can be further identified by Parcel # R170261.
